Report a factual error

Please include the page URL, the sentence or number you believe is wrong, and a link to the original source if you have one. For a calculator issue, include the language, target level and learning method you selected, the result you expected, and the result displayed. Do not send passwords, payment details or private account screenshots.

A model estimate is not a measured learning outcome. If an estimate is presented as a fact, that is worth reporting too. The methodology page explains the model and the editorial policy explains how to assess its evidence.

Newsletter and privacy requests

Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop future messages. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email from the address you subscribed with and describe your request. Never post your email address in a public URL. The privacy policy explains the data this site stores.

Course purchases and refunds

Purchases take place on the course provider's site. For billing, cancellation, refunds or access to a purchased course, contact that provider directly. FluencyClock cannot access their customer accounts or issue refunds on their behalf.

Response expectations

This is one person's inbox, not a staffed support desk. A reply may take a few days; there are no fixed support hours or guaranteed response times. Sending a correction or a personal learning story does not give permission to publish your name, email or experience. Any public use needs separate agreement.
